For more than 15 years, we have developed a recognized expertise in the prototyping of electrical wiring harnesses. Today, we support companies throughout the complete development cycle of wiring harnesses.
Since 2001, EPSYS experts have been participating in the digital transformation of industrial performance, adapting physical means with digital means in the development of short-loop wiring.
In 2009, GENARIS aggregates EPSYS experts in its innovative cluster, offering a complete offer of electrical / electronic / mechanical systems integration.
GENARIS is structured as an industrial platform enabling EPSYS to boost its capacity and anticipate the customer needs. We diversify our offers in engineering on series products and expand our customer base in the defense, aeronautics and energy sectors.
In 2013, we create EPROM, our subsidiary in Romania. Today, we have a strong team in France (30 engineering experts and 10 wiring harnesses operators) and in Romania (32 wiring harnesses operators).
Technological innovation within GENARIS allows us to develop our offer of complex embedded systems and to reinforce the control of developments. Our expertise allows us to integrate dematerialization into our industrial tool.
OUR EXPERTISE
We have developed a strong expertise in electrical wiring harnesses recognized by many players in the Automotive and Defense industry. Our experienced employees in both design and prototyping, our knowledge of industrial / process constraints, places us as a privileged partner for the development and manufacturing of prototype and small series wiring harnesses.
Thanks to our information system, the dematerialization of our production supports allows us to share in real-time the technical information’s between the departments and ensure quality in responsiveness.
Our employees design and integrate the electrical / electronic systems in vehicles. With our engineering department, our mechanical workshop allows to accommodate several vehicles in total confidentiality. Our equipment’s of rapid prototyping and digitization complete our system.
